- Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) — Application, proof of recruitment and a compliant job offer. In Québec, a joint process with MIFI.
- International Mobility Program — Hiring without an LMIA when an exemption applies (agreements, intra-company transfers, etc.).
- Employee work permits — The worker’s and family’s applications once the offer is approved.
- Compliance — Employer obligations during employment: wages, conditions, record keeping.
